In this video, I sit down with my journal and take an honest look at my 2025 goals — what I followed through on, what I didn’t, and what I learned along the way.
Before setting new goals, I think it’s important to slow down, reflect, and actually tell the truth to yourself about the past year — the highs, the lows, and the things that mattered more (or less) than you expected.
I’m Kade — a recent college graduate in my 20s trying to live more intentionally and document the process. This channel is about reflection, growth, and navigating life one honest conversation at a time.
