I made a comment on IG stating that CMA principles were universal and could be seen in combat sports. The principles I had in mind were what I learned as the 12 character principles when I trained 7 star mantis. Here's a presentation of the first 3 and some examples of how I see these in use in combat sports. Any other examples? Thoughts? Let me know in the comments!
This will be a nice exercise as I incorporate 7 star mantis back into my training.
