This is the technique for dock starting the Axis PNG 1310 that has raised my success rate from low to super high. The 1310 is such a good foil to pump with, but to my surprise I found that my dock starting success was rate much lower than that of the 1150 and 1300. Towards the end of the video I've included a quick bit of advice for pumping the 1310 as well, but I'll be covering this and a lot more in another video soon.
