60g Butter
1/3 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cup shredded tasty cheese
Filling:
500g ground/minced beef
1 onion
1/2 cup frozen and/or wilted spinach
salt
pepper
1 TBS mixed herbs
1 TBS Origano
Pasta sauce of your choice
