Pain/Psychic Defender
This build is nearly identical to the Pain/Seismic Defender picked as a counterpoint because of the similar structure of the sets, and the fact that Seismic Blast is a new set created by the HC team, while Psychic Blast was recently revamped by the HC team and therefore represents a power level that they feel is adequate.
I show my build and incarnates, however I am also running all 3 "Amplifier" temp buffs from the START vendor. I only use Red/Purple insps with the same drop rules on both characters, and I deliberately avoid using Judgment or Lore Pets because they add a large amount of flat damage that smooths results together regardless of AT; I do make use of Alpha/Interface/Destiny/Hybrid though.
