2023 Home & Garden Colorado Designer Showhouse

The Designer Showhouse project was started in 2013. It has raised nearly $420,000 for its charitable partners. For the last 10 years, and moving forward, one hundred percent of the proceeds stay local. The beneficiary for the 2023 Home & Garden Colorado Designer Showhouse is Freedom Service Dogs. We support Freedom Service Dogs in its mission to transform lives by providing those in need with with custom-trained assistance dogs, enriching their lives.



The 2023 Designer Showhouse is located in the east Washington Park neighborhood on Historic South Gaylord Street, Denver's second oldest shopping district. It's also blocks away from iconic Washington Park with it’s many outdoor enthusiasts. The neighborhood includes an eclectic mix of bungalows, Craftsman, Denver Squares and Tudor style architecture along with newly built contemporary homes.
