Titanium pen (Asvine V200)
Distilled water (for the electrolyte solution)
Baking soda (bicarbonate of soda – for the electrolyte solution)
Stainless steel fork or spoon (cathode)
Titanium wire (to hold the piece being anodised)
Cables with crocodile clips (to connect cathode and titanium wire)
Power supply (variable up to 100V, or 9V batteries as a basic alternative)
Acetone & isopropyl alcohol (for cleaning the metal parts)
Electrical tape or vinyl stickers (optional – for masking patterns)
Non-conductive containers (plastic or glass)
Safety gear (gloves, goggles, apron)
