I started the 100g Protein Club after I received backlash for saying one simple truth—eating 100g of protein daily and exercising can make you stronger, healthier, and more confident.
My content is for people who want to lose belly fat, gain muscle, and build a healthy lifestyle through the right nutrition. In India, 70% of people are protein deficient, which affects muscle mass, blood sugar control, and even longevity. If you’re 70 kg, you need around 100–110 g of protein daily—that’s just 1.5 g per kg of body weight.
