"Do Something: The Jeffrey Modell Story" tells of two parents' resolve to help others in light of the devastating loss of their son. Jeffrey Modell was born with Primary Immunodeficiency (PI), a genetic disorder that weakened his immune system, leaving him susceptible to severe infections that ultimately took his life at the age of 15. Motivated by their son's inspiring plea of "Do Something," Vicki and Fred Modell turned their pain into purpose by founding the Jeffrey Modell Foundation.
