Tour! Stations of the Bothnia railway line in Sweden

Botniabanan is a rather newbuilt high speed line that opened in the early 2010 to allow trains to operate closer to the coastline and connect the bigger cities at a far higher speed than the mainline through upper norrland allowed them before. it branches off the Ådalen line at Västeraspby station and joins the Vännäs-Holmsund line near Umeå east station.
