Astarion's Act 3 romance with extended content after the graveyard scene. The couple retreats to the Elfsong Tavern where they share a sweet kiss (Gail, thanks for letting me borrow your kiss animation) and have fun (thanks to Ascended Astarion for letting me borrow his scene too). The next morning, Astarion enjoys some time in the sun and wakes up the Dark Urge. He discusses that he is glad he was able to resist ascension and hopes the spawn survive in the underdark.
