Why does everyone hate VCs?

Venture capitalists are a favorite punching bag for social media hate. Although there are obviously VCs that behave better and some that behave worse than others, at least some of the criticisms are justifiable in my opinion. Over the last decade in venture, here are the 5 biggest ways and underlying (often surprising structural) reasons I think VCs behave poorly.
