why does sally rooney always make me cry | intermezzo reading vlog

welcome to my first reading vlog in a little while! this time we're tackling sally rooney's latest : intermezzo. it follows the trajectory of two brothers, peter and ivan, as they navigate the loss of their father, their fragile bond and their complicated romantic and professional lives.

im not gonna make a mystery of it i absolutely loved it, and it made my favourites list. me and sally had a rocky start (i hated normal people) but it turns i've liked every other book she's written so far so who knows! i had a blast reading this book and carrying it around a week in my life in paris, and i hope you have a good time watching!
