The Hardest Vigilante Challenge in GTA Vice City

After completing the Vigilante mission on GTA San Andreas with different challenging factors, we move over to Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. As in GTA SA, this game requires you to beat Vigilante level 12 to pass the mission and get upgraded body armor.
This time we try to beat the side mission while only using suspects' weapons, staying in the same car and not using armor or health refills.
