Our 4th Grade Homeschool Curriculum Picks For 2023-2024

Here is what we'll be planning to use for my son's 4th grade year. I'll be making 2 other videos for what each of my other 2 will be using next year for their kindergarten and 3rd grade years as well.

Brave Writer for language arts but instead of using all Darts we'll incorporate a few Arrows.

Brave Writer Partnership Writing again, finishing the projects we didn't get to this year and also aiming to learn to write and edit a one page (or more) story.

All About Spelling: We'll finish level 2 and move to level 3

Singapore Math Primary 2022...continuing on where we left off. We will take a break after finishing 3A in 3rd grade, do 10 weeks of Multiplication Facts That Stick, and then begin 3B of Primary 2022.

Life of Fred books and math games will be our optional supplements to keep things fun for days we have curriculum burn out.

Science: Nature Study from 1000 Hours Outside mini 2 week units, picking topics we are interested as they have a ton. We will also be testing out Dr. Bonafide books and try to memorize some bones in the body.

History: Moving back to America's Story by Masterbooks, switching over from Gather Round US History. We'll probably dig into the middle of book 2, and begin or finish book 3 of America's Story since we've covered some similar material in Gather Round.

If we finish America's Story early, I'll move into using Around The World In Picture Books by Beautiful Feet Books.
