Judge Kraynick denied a motion to delay the Suitcase Murder Trial saying Sarah Boone “only has herself to blame” for the shortened timeline for trial preparation. The accused suitcase killer returned to court with her 9th attorney and asked for a continuance to prepare a battered spouse syndrome defense. Boone is accused of killing her boyfriend, Jorge Torres, by zipping him into a suitcase, leaving him to die.
