In this application, our team designed a 30” CCW Vibratory Feeder equipped with a dual lane horizontal discharge to orient seven different styles of plastic scoops.
Key system features include:
• Polished welds and part contact areas
• Simple changeovers for multiple scoop sizes
• Part present sensors and holdback/release mechanism at discharge
• Stainless steel hopper for consistent part metering
• Aluminum sound enclosure with Lexan panels for noise reduction and visibility
With each lane running at 45 parts per minute, this system creates a seamless and efficient automation process tailored to the customer’s needs.
