I had one day to test a rented Nikon Z8, mostly for photography. The results for video were very interesting. Video was shot with a vintage Meyer Optik Gorlitz Primoplan 1.9 wide open with Moment 20% diffusion filter and VND in N-log at 800 ISO. The color is bad, sorry. I didn't have a worthwhile monitor to view it on at the time and butchered the color in Resolve. This is what happens when you play with expensive crap and don't know what you're doing.
Anways, I did eventually buy a Z8 and invested in a better monitor and color mangement workflow after I learned a few things. The Z8 actually has WONDERFUL color. I have an A7SIII also and this is just way more organic.
