How To Schedule, Reschedule, and Cancel A Red Hat Exam (Individual Exam)

In this video we walk through the steps to schedule, reschedule, and cancel a Red Hat Individual exam voucher. These steps will apply to exam vouchers "purchased" through the Red Hat Learning Subscriptions, individual purchases, and course/exam bundles. We commonly see questions on this from students who are taking the RHCSA, the RHCE, OpenShift exams, and Ansible exams .
Before you reschedule or cancel a Red Hat exam voucher, please verify that you are inside of the cancellation/reschedule window. The system will not allow you to reschedule if you are outside of this window and you will forfeit the exam voucher if you cancel outside of this window (a pop-up window will generate with this warning if you are outside of the allotted time)
