We’re sharing what a day of eating and training looks like during the off-season!
We both worked out for 2.5 hours: starting with a threshold swim, followed by Tati’s 90 minute endurance bike session and Will’s hour bike ride and 5-mile run. We’re focusing on fueling with real food during workouts and throughout the day to stay energized and recover well.
