RECIPES:
Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Braid:
1 cup sourdough starter
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup warm milk
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp honey
3 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and honey. Let rest for 10 mins, then add sourdough starter, salt, sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix well. Add the flour, and mix until smooth. Rise 1 hour or until double. Roll dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and a raspberry sauce. Roll and braid. Let rise another hour or until puffy, and bake at 350.

Healthy Fudge:
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
Mix all together in a saucepan until heated through. Pour into a parchment-lined baking pan, and chill until set.

Homemade Marshmallows:

1/2 cup water + 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup gelatin
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Pour 1/2 cup water intoa small bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top. Set aside to bloom.
Add 3/4 cup water, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt toa sauce pan and heat until hot but not boiling.
Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat on med-high speed till stiff peaks form.
Quickly pour into an 8x8 baking dish (lined with parchment paper).
Chill 1 hour before slicing.
