As a therapist I see many different patients and I notice patterns in relationships with avoidants. This does is not a one size fits all approach. This is just a GENERAL guide. This is not meant to be used to manipulate a partner but to help both individuals become more open to love as well as have a long-lasting relationship. I work with a lot of couples/ long term situations so this may reflect more for long term relationships.
