Making a Raised Leather Martingale Dog Collar

This is my second attempt at making a raised item, but it came out quite nice, didn't it?
Although I'm certain that there are better ways of doing this.
If you're interested in the thicknesses etc.:
The back piece is bridle, 30mm wide and 2mm thick.
The middle piece is split leather, 17mm wide and also 2mm thick.
The front piece is goat-skin, 31mm wide and 1mm thick.
