Reiki to Clear Throat Chakra Blockages | Energy Healing

Hello everyone! This Reiki session was inspired by my own healing journey and themes I have been going through in my own life. Speaking up, standing up for truth, telling the truth to myself and others, stopping pretending, transforming through that truth telling. This was an amazing healing for me, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My experience with this energy that come through with this session was a calming of the mind, and a truth telling, a ridding of pretense and dancing around the fire, or poking around the bush, it was like simply turning and facing the truth, whatever that was. It was also a feeling of letting go of anger, transmuting unforgiveness to release.
