For Gatta:-
1. ¾ Cup Chickpeas Flour (Besan)
2. ½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder
3. ½ Tsp Salt
4. ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
5. ¼ Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
6. ½ Tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
7. ½ Tsp Dry Mango Powder
8. ½ Tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
9. ½ Coriander Cumin seeds Powder
10. 2 Tbsp Oil
11. 3 Tbsp Water
For Pulao:
1. 1 Tbsp Oil
2. 1 Tbsp Ghee
3. 1 Dry Red Chilly
4. 1 Bay leaf
5. 2 Cinnamon sticks
6. ¾ Cloves
7. 2 Green Cardamom
8. 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
9. 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
10. ¾ Tsp Salt
11. ½ Tsp Biryani Masala (or Garam Masala)
12. 1 Tbsp Malai (Cream)
13. 2 Tbsp Water
