Needle Felting: A Mermaid

Hello! It's that time of week again and because the weather seems to have turned to its summer setting I thought why not do something that makes me think of summer and the seaside. So here's my take on a simple mermaid. It's based on my basic people video from a couple of weeks ago so if you've had a go at that you should have no trouble making one of these.
If you'd like to make your own mermaid you will need -
A selection of felting needles in handles
Finger protectors
A felting surface, I'm using my cloth bag filled with rice
2 3mm black plastic beads
A needle and thread
Some wool locks
Two colours of wool roving, I'm using corriedale roving
I got a little carried away with the talking this week and not carried away enough with the editing. Fingers crossed next week will be better. I think there may be foxes involved...
