In this video I am showing the route I take when I want to get the most spiribirds I can to maximize my HP before fighting a monster on a quest. This is in no means perfect or the most optimal path for each map but paths that I am the most used to out of habit, so you are welcome to come up with your own path that works best for you and how you want to prepare before going to the monster.
