✨ Healing Chair Testimony with My Girl Ambie ✨

🌿 Today’s Testimony: Ambie 🌿

Now… let me tell you about today.
My session with Ambie was one of the most impactful Healing Chair moments I’ve ever had. She had me laughing, crying, and gaining clarity all at once and after today, I fully understand why she’s a worship leader. She carries the exact kind of light God calls us to be.

She shared her incredible testimony about how God called her to quit her job as a teacher in technology and math. She was burnt out, mentally exhausted, and carrying the heavy load so many teachers silently deal with. But she listened. She obeyed. And God was faithful. He provided an even better job than the one she left — but she had to trust Him first.

Her story reminded me of Moses at the Red Sea — how he had to take the first step before God parted it. And that hit me deeply, because that’s exactly where I’ve been, trying to figure out what steps are truly God led and which ones are fear, doubt, or the enemy whispering confusion.

Then she said something that changed everything for me … it was something along these lines. I’m not speaking verbatim, but this is what I remember saying…

“Even if you take the wrong step, God can always redirect you.
If your heart is following Him, even a wrong step isn’t wrong … He will use it.”

I needed that. More than she knew.

Especially in this dry financial season while I’m still trying to be faithful with these free testimony tattoos. My pastor talked about the desert — and how God will use it, but He doesn’t want us to stay in dryness. And through this Healing Chair ministry, God has been healing ME just as much as the people in the chair.

Ambie also reminded me that our identity is in Christ, not in our job or our income. She reminded me that we had met before! She had reached out to me in the past to donate gift certificates for a women’s recovery ministry. I knew she looked familiar! She ended up winning the contest to see who could raise the most money and became the queen of the ball that night. 😂

THEN she shared that she went on to get her doctorate after following God’s lead. So yes… she’s hilarious, a doctor, a queen, a worship leader, AND obedient to the Holy Spirit.

And y’all …she gave us a treat at the end, so watch until the end to hear her beautiful voice.
Off camera, we had a powerful hug and prayer session that I’ll never forget.

Lord, thank You for my sister Ambie, for her obedience, her courage, her joy, her gifts, and the light she carries so naturally. Continue to guide her, protect her, and bless every step she takes. Use her testimony to reach others. Thank You for crossing our paths again in Your perfect timing. She is truly the light You call us to be. Amen.
