Todd Rundgren live on The Old Grey Whistle Test at the BBC Television Theatre in London, England on June 3, 1982 (Solo Tour 1982-83). I first restored the video footage by doubling the framerate to 60 FPS. I then added sharpness and color correction (brightness/contrast, lighting/color levels). I restored the audio by adding a compressor/limiter and EQ.
NOTE: The only song that I had to cut is "Time Heals", which was just Todd presenting the music video and would have gotten this video blocked.
