On a recent trip to London, I stumbled across an old camera shop at Camden Market and discovered a box of forgotten Kodachrome slides. Six slides for just £1—how could I resist? In this video, I take you through the process of bringing these vintage images back to life, from scanning to editing, and reveal the stories hidden inside these tiny frames of history.
Slides found at: Camera Hut, Camden Market, London
Scanning setup:
• Sony A7III
• Sony 50mm f/2.8 Macro lens
• Essential Film Holder
• Kodak light box
Kodachrome was discontinued in 2009 after over 70 years of production, making these slides a fascinating piece of photographic history. Who took them? When were they shot? And what moments did they capture?
Join me as I scan, edit, and share the images for the first time.
