FINALLY. THE FULL MEP IS HERE.

First and foremost, I must apologize for taking so damn long to get this out. There were some technical difficulties I was having issues solving. Luckily I was able to fix it due to many people's help. Thanks a lot everyone who tried to help me and did help me; You guys know who ya' are~! :'D Geez, I could write a whole page apology...but I suppose I'll leave off by saying SORRY ONCE AGAIN.
