CM Bhupesh Baghel looted Chhattisgarh, shared money with Congress in Delhi: PM Modi

Addressing a public meeting in Chhattisgarh's Mahasamund, PM Modi said that when Congress had formed government in Chhattisgarh, 2.5 years tenure aggragreement was made for the position of Chief Minister. He said, "It was decided that Bhupesh Baghel would remain CM for 2.5 years however he misused his position and looted Chhattisgarh. People say that a share of looted money was sent to Congress in Delhi, to extend the tenure for more 2.5 years as a CM."
