Time for lunch so jumped in the car and headed down to Eastney Spit to cook up some smoked salmon chowder. Thought I would use the Bushbox XL to cook with whilst shut in the car. But is it a bit dodgy cooking in a closed car with this piece of equipment? I had to see if it could be done.
