Zakir Nagar has been less explored and a very underrated place when it comes to the traditional Mughlai delicacies. The food here is very similar to the food of Jama Masjid, as most of the residents of Zakir Nagar are from Old Delhi.
All the places are in 1 lane of Zakir Nagar-
Afsar-
Right as you enter Zakir Nagar, this will be the first shop you will spot. Cost for2- Rs200.
Talib Kabab-
5mins walk from Afsar, a small yet crowded spot. Cost for 2- Rs100
Dry fruit Sheer Maal-
5mins further from Talib Kebab starts from Rs35.
Pehelwaan Ji Lassi-
Right next to Talib Kebabs, they have lassi, garam doodh, Gulab Jamun. All in the range of Rs20 to Rs30.
