About this space
Modern and cozy brand new Tiny House on historic Missionary Ridge in hip Southside Chattanooga. 2 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for 6.

The space
This Tiny House built in 2015 is just a short drive from all that Chattanooga has to offer. Within 5-10 minutes driving distance from some of the most visited places in the city, this home will plant you in the middle of an outdoor adventure paradise. We are a very close drive to the Tennessee Aquarium, and right through the Brainerd Tunnel from downtown.

Our home has the character of a unique Tiny House in a quiet neighborhood, but with modern comfort. It is also Solar Powered! There is plenty of outdoor space to hang out in, but there are also several smaller nooks to nestle yourself away if you would like.

Two bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in the master, a full sized Murphy bed downstairs and there is a common room with a couch and room for a full sized air mattress (which we can provide), for a total sleeping space for 6.

There are two full bathrooms. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances, gas range & oven, dishes and utensils, and a French Press coffee maker. If you decide to forgo an evening at one of the amazing restaurants close by, just down the street there is Main Street Meats and the Bleu Fox for locally sourced and delicious meats and cheeses to prepare and dine on at home.

Open dining and living spaces feature roll-out windows to open and enjoy Southern breezes, comfortable furniture and a bar dining area. Download the Sonos app and fill the home with music.

The den has a 43" flat screen Smart TV with free wi-fi. The roll up garage-style door in this room leads out to the back deck that has a sitting area and looks out over the private yard.

There are two dedicated parking spots in the driveway and ample parking along the long driveway with abundant street parking.
