CASLPO, in collaboration with the College of Midwives of Ontario (CMO), held an E-Forum on Addressing Ableism in Healthcare on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. This event was part of CASLPO’s DEI webinar series.
Guest speaker Dr. Hilary Brown, an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto, discusses the definition of Ableism, its impact on patient care, and strategies for health care providers to challenge and dismantle discrimination in health care.
