Conducting a morning practical class for physical education, including Fartlek training, outside the campus in rubber tree jungles and along village roads. Training in groups, we focused on endurance and agility while enjoying the natural surroundings. At the same time, I vlogged the experience for my YouTube videos, capturing the fun and joy of the session.
