Caring for my kidneys after suddenly, out of the blue, for the first (and last) time ever, passing a kidney stone. I am taking lots of water - 3 Litres per day with lemons and ACV and lots of beneficial herbs. This has been a blessing in disguise and I have had a chance to reflect and I will now change my life. I am using a combination of herbs in a tincture formula and a further combination in a tea blend including Gravel Root, (Eupatorium mac.), Pellitory of the Wall, (parietaria off), Hydrangea Root, (Hydrangea arb), Dandelion Leaf and Root, (Taraxacum off.) Golden Rod, (Solidago virg.), Couch Grass,(Agropyron rep.) Yarrow, (Achillea mill.), Horsetail, (Equisetum arv.) and Corn Silk, (Zea mays).
Most importantly I am working to release fear which I believe caused me to manifest this stone. I have never had a stone before and really I am too old to be starting to get them, (although that can happen I suppose). Any ailment that I or my loved ones ever have, gives me the chance too, to really understand that ailment which makes me better at helping others.
