I am going to explain the wiring process of replacing two, two bulb Ballast With a single four bulb Ballast. The wiring process is fairly simple just keep in mind there are twice as many wires as there would be if the fixture was wired with a four bulb Ballast from the factory.

I am also going to install plug and play L.E.D Fluorescent bulb replacements and new bulb covers, to get the most light I can out of the fixtures.

When you add up the cost of replacing or updating the fixtures with new L.E.D fixtures. It just makes sense to update the fixtures you have for about half the cost of new ones.

It took me about an hour to update the fixture and install a new light cover, that is about the same amount of time it would require to install a new fixture.

Having good lighting in a work space helps to keep things safe there is nothing better than being able to see everything you are doing.
