Smoked Sausage Burnt Ends
Ingredients
Smoked Sausage
Steak Rub
BBQ Rub
Charcoal
Hickory and Mesquite Wood Chunks
1/2 Stick Butter
BBQ Sauce Recipe
1 Cup Ketchup
2/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 ts Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
2 ts Liquid Smoke (Hickory)
1 can Tomato Soup
1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper
1/4 ts Onion Powder
1/4 ts Garlic Powder
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Chili Powder
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
Recap: Season Smoked Sausage with Steak Rub
and BBQ Rub. Get Your smoker up to 200 to 250 degrees
Let it Cook for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Remove Sausage and finish slicing into coins. Place them in a foil pan along with Sliced butter and BBQ sauce. Let it Smoke another 10 minutes
to thicken that beautiful glaze and Serve!
