TOPIC: DO I LISTEN WITH LOVE WHEN MY FAMILY MEMBERS EXPRESS THEIR STRUGGLES OR DREAMS?

Family life is a journey of listening with love. Each family member experiences joys, struggles, and personal growth. Just as the disciples were transformed by their experience with Jesus, we too are changed when we listen with open hearts. Through prayer and sincere conversations, we allow God to guide us in moments of joy and in challenges.

St. John Marie Vianney showed that to listen is to love. He spent his life listening to the confessions and the struggles of others, offering them God’s mercy. In the same way, we can show love in our families by truly listening—understanding each other’s needs, sharing our faith, and offering support. May we be inspired by St. Vianney to listen to Jesus and to our family, so that we may love Jesus more and love our family deeply.
