In Washington state, rescue workers saved a stranded motorist in the city where the entire community was instructed to evacuate due to severe flooding. As much as 16 inches of rain hit western Washington since Monday with four rivers in major flood stages. NBC’s Camila Bernal reports for Saturday TODAY.
