I'm using a PC case, as it was inexpensive and has plenty of room to add extra components such as spindle control boards etc at a later date.
I'm following this wiring diagram -

You can find out Mach3 settings I used in Part 1 - • CNC G0704 Part 1 - Software & Electronics ...
3 Axis for now, but setting it up so that I can just drop the 4th Axis driver in without too much trouble.
The plexiglass is just temporary so I could play around with mounting without drilling extra holes in the aluminum it will be replaced with. Likewise the AC connector plate will be replaced with aluminum and the cutouts milled using the CNC when it's up and running.
Components are --
C10 Break out Board from CNC4PC, Kelling Inc 5056D Digital Drivers and 48VDC/12.5A Switching Power Supply from Automation Technologies.
5v supply for the C10, E-Stop, AC parts, Molex and 4 Pin Ham/CB Radio connectors, DB25 Ribbon connector are from eBay. Motor wiring is 4 wire 18gauge alarm wire from Home Depot.

The On/Off switch is a Double Pole Single Throw (DPST) lighted switch which turns both the Live and Neutral on or off - I made a simple schematic which is available here -

(The Red dot represents the lamp in the switch).
Still some things to do - cleaning up wiring, adding an AC fan etc, but its complete enough so I can mill some parts to finish up when I get the Stepper/Ballscrews installed on the Mill.
Big thanks to www.hossmachine.info for the electronics suggestions on his G0704 site -
