Ranking Every Relevant Damage Rotation in Episode: Heresy

This season, we shattered the boss damage ceiling, reaching levels of DPS that make bosses look like cardboard cutouts. Arguably the most overloaded artifact we've had in a while, the power of Limit Break, Flashover, Legend Incarnate, and No Bell have combined to give us some of the craziest non-exploit damage I've ever seen in this game.
