The First Set of Wing Chun kung fu.. This is my Hybrid SET.. it is based on the Yip Man / Leung Sheung Lineage through my Sifu Eddie Chong but with added section from Wong Shun Leung lineage and punches are higher like in the Leung Ting lineage. After 30 years of WC practice, I add what I think works best...of course traditionally this set is done super slow and "internalized" After the opening punches the first section Fook Sao / Wu Sao movements are done with the Fook sao going out super slow .. where I think of the Fook Sao as an explosive strike and it works great that way.. so to each their own. That's why I am the Wing Chun Heretic.
