Today's audio is very special to me because I myself have actually experienced the loss of a dear friend due to depression. She passed away 10 years ago and I miss her every day. I will never stop wondering what might've happened if I had paid closer attention and spoken up when I saw concerning signs - if you have someone in your life struggling and you're able to, please reach out and let them know you care. It really does make a huge difference - I struggle with depression myself and am lucky to have people in my life who make sure I always know I'm loved and can turn to them if I need.
