Follow along with me, as I go through 2 rounds of this BODYWEIGHT ONLY TABATA! Do two rounds with a one minute rest in between each round, or take as much rest as needed. The idea is to do two rounds, three times a day! That’s under 10 minutes, 3X a day, you will dedicate to your fitness! If you’d rather make this your workout for the day and have 30 minutes, you can also perform the four minute Tabata six times through resting about one minute in between each round!
