Hi good evening guys welcome to my channel As Ik I’m late but it’s always late then Never so the Anniversary of these Limes 🍋🟩 it happened on On Sunday November 19th 2017, the new Bombardier R179 subway cars entered service on the J line, these cars were meant to replace the aging R32 & R42 subway cars that were definitely showing their age & reaching the end of their useful life.
To me the R179s are my favorite subway cars of all time, their really great cars & there very reliable, they may have had a rough start when they first entered service but that's every subway car really.
