My Therapist, Judith worries I won't sell any tix in Vegas (ep 4/5)

The "Carnival" is headed to Vegas for it's 35 year anniversary and Mr Shank and I have been moved to promotion men!

We need to sell it out and have some unorthodox ideas for midway attractions... I won't give anything away but Judith remains a Rock of Therapy!

Andy is absent and foreshadowed as off getting an "elective surgery" to be played out down the road!

Hardest one ever to try to not laugh during, which we did quite a bit!

"Hi Stanhope and Mr. Shank. I got some ideas for the Las Vegas event. Colors: Red, White, and Blue. The country is moving toward the 250th anniversary and the celebrations have already started.
See if you can locate a bunch of food trucks. You can give them free rent for the weekend and negotiate the fee that they can pay from sales. It should be a win-win.
Get lots of balloons and put them everywhere. The food truck people can decorate their rigs.
Contact the people who organized the before. Ask for suggestions. What worked? What didn't work.
Keep track of what you want to do and keep a list.
Play western music. Find someone who could "call" a square dance. - Judith"

What has been done in past years? Did they use flyers to advertise? Can you get to meet some of the people involved in organizing previous years.

Make it fun for everyone and that includes you. Since you have the location, you can offer a space to vendors to make and sell food. They can share the profits with you. If the event is colorful, with good music and a variety of food, it should be a good time for all. Don't let it get to complicated.
