Idle Miner Tycoon - Elevator Ahead Strategy

The elevator ahead strategy in Idle Miner Tycoon.

Start by stockpiling in the mineshaft(s). There is an alternative video outlining this step.

Queen Aurora, Dr. Lily, and Zephyria take resources from mineshaft crates and send them to the warehouse, turning them into cash. Because they do not move the resources into the elevator cart, they will collect resources from all mineshaft crates. Therefore, stockpiling in multiple crates results in resources being gained from multiple crates. Aurora has a shorter runtime than Lily but has a stronger multiplier. Zeph provides a speed boost to the elevator but has a lower multiplier than Aurora and a shorter runtime than Lily. If using a 5-minute boost, use Aurora and Zephyria to make the most of the 5 minutes.

Ray Rift is less effective in this method. His collected resources are split between the elevator building and the warehouse. While he does have niche uses elsewhere, he is beaten by the other 3 managers in this particular strategy.

Both Samantha Reiss and Lavernia Pascal boost the total transportation of the elevator; therefore, the amount of resources that will be collected per run is also boosted. The elevator managers should be boosted with movement speed boosting equipment (e.g., sneakers) when going deeper than mineshaft 10 (mineshaft 20 for Zeph), but should be boosted with loading speed equipment when going to shallower mines (1-10 for Lily and Aurora, 1-20 for Zeph). Vulcan can be placed and activated in the warehouse slot, multiplying any resources sent to the warehouse by Aurora, Lily, Zeph, or Ray, before they are then multiplied again by any boosts currently running.

To make the most of this strategy, the elevator needs to be stronger than the strongest mineshaft, ideally at least 100x stronger if not 1000x.
